Recently, I was lucky enough to be short-listed for LOVE STORY OF THE YEAR, an award given by the Romantic Novelists Association. I didn't win but it was a wonderful honour. There were several famous authors there including Joanna Trollope and Katie Fforde.

My short-listed novel, The Wedding Party, is about a middle aged couple who get married, much to the disapproval of friends and family. It is told through the eyes of four people who are going to the wedding in nine months time - if indeed, it ever takes place!
